FAQs

Can you take the levels more than once?

Yes, sadly rehabbing a knee injury usually takes longer than 18 weeks. The levels are designed to be taken more than once- progression is based on meeting functional criteria, knee assessment/symptoms, combined with goals!

Can I use my physiotherapy benefits for these classes?

Yes, these classes can be submitted to insurance plans with physiotherapy benefits. Direct billing is not an option The Knee Classes has at this time but an itemized receipt is provided after the last class that can be submitted to any applicable insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that payment is required before the classes begin.

Do I have to be an elite athlete to join?

No, anyone can join the classes. Good quality rehab is applicable to everyone, not just elite athletes.

Do I have to have had surgery to join these classes?

No, many types of knee injuries do not require surgery or you may be trying to rehab without going the surgical route.

My initial knee injury was years ago but I'm still having issues. Can I join these classes?

Yes, as long as you have knee pain and want support with the rehab process then The Knee Classes are right for you!
